Property Owner Marketing Xerox Office Building in Norwalk: Report

The lease on the Glover Avenue building is up later this year.

NORWALK, CT — The owner of the Glover Avenue building in Norwalk where document technology company Xerox has a headquarters has begun marketing the property for lease, reports The Hour.

The Xerox lease is up at the end of the year, but the company is not commenting on if or when it may move out, a spokesperson told the publication.

Xerox moved its headquarters from Stamford to 45 Glover Avenue in 2007. Diageo, General Electric and Bridgewater Associates have leased space in the complex over the years.
