Prostitution Arrest Made At Norwalk Spa: Police

NORWALK, CT — A 52-year-old Flushing, New York, woman was arrested on prostitution and related charges Wednesday following a police raid of the Sunshine Spa on Main Avenue, according to authorities.

Hong Hong Gu also was charged with promoting prostitution, permitting prostitution, and providing massage without a license. Ailin Wu, 43, another Flushing, NY, woman at the establishment at the time, was issued an infraction charging her with providing massage without a license.

"This was in relation to a lengthy investigation of prostitution activities utilizing undercover officers at this location," said Norwalk Police Lt. Jared Zwickler in a statement.

Gu was released after posting bond on bail of $5,000, and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
