Richard Peter Cyrgalis, Jr.

Richard Peter Cyrgalis Jr., 63, of Englewood, FL and formerly of Wilton and Shelton, CT passed away peacefully on October 21, 2025. He was born in NJ, lived in PA, OH and CT, and has been a resident of Englewood, FL since 2021. Richard graduated from Wilton High School and continued his education at Syracuse University where he received a bachelor's degree in engineering, was owner and operator of RC Limousine LLC, worked at Stop-n-Shop in CT and while in FL at Publix Supermarkets.

He was an active member in Tangerine Woods Community in which he lived in FL, participating in their Lazy Dayz maintenance group and calling BINGO. During his life he was an avid golfer, snow skier, great cook, gardener, sports fan and spending his birthday at Disney with his son.

Richard is survived by his son, Jacob M. Cyrgalis; his sisters Kathleen Danielczuk (Stanley), Diane Voedisch (Peter), and Deborah Bonnanzio; and his former wife, Elise Brickel-Montanaro. He will be dearly missed by his 5 Nieces, 1 Nephew, Aunts, Uncles and several cousins. He is preceded in death by his loving father, Richard Peter Cyrgalis, Sr. and his mother Anna Marie O’Bray.

Family and friends may call on Saturday, July 11^th, 2026, from 10 AM to 11:30 AM with a Memorial Service to follow at 11:30 AM at the GREGORY DOYLE FUNERAL HOME, 291 BRIDGEPORT AVENUE, MILFORD.
