Road Reopens In Norwalk After Accident: Police
Police said there were no serious injuries reported following a car accident in Norwalk.

NORWALK, CT — Police said there were no serious injuries reported following a car accident late Monday night in Norwalk.
In a Facebook post, police said East Avenue was closed in the area of Rite Aid around 10 p.m., and drivers were asked to seek out alternate routes.
Around 6:15 a.m., police said most lanes were now open, with the exception of one southbound lane due to residual work going on in the area. All lanes were open on East Avenue as of 10 a.m. Tuesday.

Police also posted a photo of the accident in which a damaged vehicle can be seen in front of a downed pole. The photo can be viewed here.
