Rowayton Civic Association's "September By The Sea" House Tour

Join us for the Rowayton Civic Association’s Fourth “September by the Sea” House Tour on September 18 featuring the coastal charm of the Bell Island Association. Enjoy a walk through the waterfront community and experience the breathtaking beauty of some of Rowayton’s most exquisite homes. Guests have the option of purchasing tickets for the House Tour alone or with an added boxed lunch which they can enjoy at the private Roton Point Club.

The House Tour opens at 10am at the registration desk at Bayley Beach in Rowayton where guests will be provided a map of the homes. They can choose to walk to the homes on the tour (they are all nearby) or hop on the “September By the Sea” shuttle van that will make roundtrips for the duration of the event to and from Bayley Beach. The House Tour ends at 2pm.

Tickets for the House Tour alone are $50.00 per person and tickets for the House Tour plus Lunch are $65.00 per person. The lunch options are Chicken or Lobster Salad.

The “September by the Sea” House Tour is just one of the Rowayton Civic Association’s annual fundraisers. The proceeds from this event help to finance many of Rowayton’s community events, including the Memorial Day Parade, Fireworks, Soccer, Summer Music Festival, Swim Races, Halloween Celebration and the Nativity Pageant, to name a few, which are open to residents and non-residents alike.
