Sky Zone Norwalk To Host President's Day Benefit

A portion of ticket sales will be donated to NCHC Healthy Beginnings/Childhood Obesity Prevention.

From NCHC: A Presidents Day benefit at Sky Zone Norwalk will launch a year of NCHC Causes for Celebration by Norwalk Community Health Center, Inc.(NCHC). Sky Zone Norwalk at 360 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Norwalk, CT 06854 will donate a portion of ticket sales between 1 pm and 4 pm on Monday, February 18, 2019 to NCHC Healthy Beginnings/Childhood Obesity Prevention. NCHC will be on hand with information on health and wellness services and to talk about Healthy Beginnings/Childhood Obesity Prevention initiatives.

NCHC is a nonprofit, Federally Qualified Health Center and a level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home that provides comprehensive health and dental care to men, women and children in Fairfield County, regardless of ability to pay. The U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) named NCHC a 2018 Health Center Quality Leader.

What started out and remains a safety net for 15% of greater Norwalk men, women, and children in 1999 who are uninsured, underinsured or otherwise unable to find health care within reach, has evolved into a continuum of care organization and provider of choice for pediatric, women’s, adult, behavioral and adult and pediatric dental health and wellness services. NCHC currently provides services for 13,000 patients at its 120 Connecticut Ave., Norwalk location and aboard its Medical Mobile Unit (MMU) in Norwalk and Westport.
