Smash Mouth Gives Strange Performance at Norwalk Oyster Fest

Lead singer Steve Harwell seemed detached and was slurring his words, according to multiple reports.

The Norwalk Oyster Festival roared back to life last Sunday after Saturday’s headliner concert Dennis DeYoung of Styx was cancelled due to weather.

Many gathered to watch Sunday’s headliner Smash Mouth. Band front man Steve Harwell was detached and spent much of the set wandering the stage, according to the Norwalk Hour.
