Mister Sports, a sporting goods store for kids of all ages, will close its doors for good this weekend after three decades in business.
NORWALK, CT — Mister Sports, a sporting goods store for kids of all ages, will close its doors for good Sunday after 33 years in business, News 12 Connecticut reports. An employee cited effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and a shortness of products from merchandisers as reasons for the closure.
Located at 235 Main Street, Mister Sports sold brand-name gear, including Jordan and Nike sneakers, News 12 Connecticut reports. The store has also grown over the past three decades, taking over two other stores to expand, according to an employee.
