Strip Mall Sells For $2.75 Million In Norwalk
Located on Main Avenue in Norwalk, the property is fully leased by two long-term national tenants, Subway and Mattress Firm.
NORWALK, CT — Angel Commercial, LLC, announced Friday the sale of 588 Main Avenue in Norwalk to an undisclosed investor for $2.75 million.
The 5,732-square-foot retail strip mall is fully leased by two long-term national tenants, Subway and Mattress Firm, according to a news release provided by the real estate firm.
The seller, JA Real Property Corporation Inc., previously owned the property for 37 years.

"This purchase was a 1031 Exchange for the buyer, and they were able to acquire a great asset in an excellent location," Brett Sherman, a Certified Commercial Investment Member, said in a news release.
Sherman represented the seller, while Bryan Atherton and Matt Renzulli from Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the buyer.
