What is Giving Day?
Hosted by Fairfield County's Community Foundation, Giving Day inspires and empowers our region to raise as much money as possible for local nonprofit organizations in just 24 hours through online donations. It invites those who love Fairfield County to come together and make an incredibly powerful, collective impact by supporting local nonprofits.

When & how do I give?
Because this is a 24 hour event, you can only give on that day through the Giving Day website. MTC will provide you a link on that day through emails, social media, and the link will be posted to the front page of our website as well.

What forms of payment are accepted?
All donations must be done online, which means only donations via credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover, Amex) will be accepted.

Why is this the "final" Giving Day?
After nine successful years of Giving Day with this year being number ten, Fairfield County's Community Foundation has decided to sunset the event as they look for new ways to support non-profits throughout Fairfield County.
