Suspect In Norwalk Sexual Assault Case Detained By ICE: Report
Karoll Angelina Jurado-Hernandez was taken into custody when she appeared in court in connection with her Feb. 4 sexual assault arrest.

NORWALK, CT — The suspect accused of sexually assaulting a juvenile in Norwalk was detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement on Wednesday when she appeared in Norwalk Superior Court, writes the Norwalk Hour.
Karoll Angelina Jurado-Hernandez, reportedly a native of Colombia, was scheduled to appear in court in connection with her Feb. 4 arrest, and was taken into custody by plainclothes ICE agents before her hearing.
Information about the detention, and where she is being held, was not immediately available.

Jurado-Hernandez, who owns the Khronos Beauty Salon on Westport Avenue, was arrested at the salon on the 4th and charged with second-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.
She is accused of sexually assaulting one of the juvenile sons of a family whose hair she used to cut.
