Suspect Sought In Norwalk Home Depot Pepper Spray Robbery: PD
The suspect made off with a stash of DeWalt tools.

NORWALK, CT — An employee of the Norwalk Home Depot was pepper-sprayed by a robber last week, who made off with a stash of DeWalt tools, according to police.
Norwalk police are asking for the public's help in identifying the suspect, who struck at the Connecticut Avenue hardware store at about 6 p.m. on Thursday.
"The male filled a rolling tool storage bin with DeWalt tools," wrote Norwalk police in a statement. "The suspect then approached the exit door where he was confronted by the cashier. The suspect pepper sprayed the cashier and fled the store towards Connecticut Avenue."

The suspect, who is pictured in the above surveillance photo, is described as black, approximately 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds. He was seen wearing camouflage style pants, a hooded sweatshirt, jacket, mask and ball cap.
