Suspected Vehicle Burglar Sought By Norwalk Police

The man is suspected of several vehicle burglaries, according to authorities.

NORWALK, CT — Authorities are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect in connection with several vehicle burglaries in the early morning hours of Aug. 22 in the area of East and Walter avenues in Norwalk, police announced.

"The male appeared to be white, in his 20s, with a beard, and wearing a mask and a T-shirt with the word PORTLAND on it," police said in a statement.

How many vehicles were burglarized, and what was taken, were not disclosed.
