There could be some red flags on your resume that automatically disqualifies for you to have any chance to be considered for the position that you clearly do have the expertise for or perhaps you are lacking one skill set.

I believe nowadays that in order for unemployed individuals to have a better chance perhaps certain potential employers could be willing to overlook certain things and see that an individual has the potential not only by experience but also with their personality in how well they adapt with other individuals.

As for myself, my job history clearly shows for many of my positions that I was not there for a long period of time. This was not based on my job performance it was due to the fact that some of the positions which I obtained through Craigslist the companies lacked financial stability therefore job elimination were presented to me a few times.
