'Taste for Education' Fundraiser in Norwalk in November

NORWALK, CT — The Norwalk Education Foundation will host its annual "Taste for Education" fundraising event from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 3, at the Aitoro luxury appliance showroom, located at 401 Westport Ave. in Norwalk.

The adult event, in its ninth year, features food from 15 local restaurants. Proceeds will benefit Norwalk schools.

"Mingle with friends and neighbors while sampling food from several local restaurants along with wine & beer tastings," organizers wrote on the event's webpage. "Don't forget to stop by our Silent Auction! Proceeds from Taste will fund ongoing teacher mini grants, college and career readiness and classroom innovation."
