Tree Lighting, Colors Of Christmas Concert At Norwalk Theater
Experience a holiday extravaganza in Norwalk, featuring singing sensations Peabo Bryson, Deniece Williams and more.

NORWALK, CT – The Wall Street Theater, a historical landmark that lights up the Wall Street neighborhood of Norwalk with its grand theater marquee, prepares to shine even brighter when the lights on their Christmas tree become illuminated on Saturday, Dec. 1. The general public is invited for a festive evening of music, holiday cheer, great food and the official tree lighting with Norwalk Mayor Harry Rilling doing the honors.
According to a press release, the joyful event begins at 5 p.m. with libations presented by the WST Bar and hors d’oeuvres prepared by Norwalk restaurants Evarito’s Mexican Kitchen, Harlan Publick, Cantiki and Bourbon Raw.
The evening will also feature live entertainment by Joni & The Keepers and guests can send their holiday wishes to their friends and family by way of the Norwalk Now Social Media Photo Booth. A time for giving, bring a children’s toy and donate to Toys for Tots.

Following the tree lighting, the theater will host the Colors of Christmas, a holiday extravaganza featuring singing sensations Peabo Bryson, Taylor Dayne, Jon Secada, and Deniece Williams. Experience a dazzling evening of holiday music intertwined with performances of the artists’ greatest hits.

Two-time Grammy Award-winner Peabo Bryson, known as a "romantic balladeer," will perform such hits as "If Ever You're in My Arms Again," "Tonight I Celebrate My Love" and "Beauty & The Beast."
Taylor Dayne stands out as one of music's most dynamic artists of all time. Her unique vocal style has earned her numerous best-selling gold and platinum albums, which produced seventeen Top 20 singles, among them, #1 hits such as "Tell It To My Heart," "Love Will Lead You Back," and "Prove Your Love To Me."
With a career spanning over two decades, two Grammy Awards, 20 million albums sold, and starring roles on Broadway, the acclaimed, romantic sounds of Jon Secada have resulted in numerous hits in English and Spanish, establishing him as one of the first bilingual artists to have international crossover success. His hits include "If You Go," "Just Another Day," and "Do You Believe in Us."
Deniece Williams is an American Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter and record producer who achieved success in the 1970s and 1980s with such hits as "Free," "Let’s Hear It for the Boy" and her #1 R&B chart-toppers with her remake of The Royalettes’ "It’s Gonna Take a Miracle."
