Truck Rolls Over In Norwalk: PD

NORWALK, CT – Norwalk police advised residents and travelers to avoid Sheehan Avenue due to a truck rollover. The announcement was made Wednesday afternoon on the Norwalk Police Department Twitter page.

Police said there were minor injuries. Pictures posted by police on Twitter show a 12-wheel truck on its side.

According to the Norwalk Hour, police said the truck struck a utility pole and took down some overhead lines. In addition to police, the Norwalk Public Works Department also responded to the scene.

Police have not yet announced when the scene will be cleared.
