Victim Over 60 Assaulted: Norwalk PD

NORWALK, CT — A city man was charged with assaulting someone over 60-years-old Sunday night after a fight at a Highland Avenue residence.

The victim told police he was punched in the face by Harrison Phillips, according to the Hour.

Phillips wanted to speak to a young child in the home and an altercation started, police said. There were signs of items being thrown around in the house.

Assault of someone over the age of 60 is a felony crime.
