Even though the parking fees for the Wall Street area have been deferred until January 1, 2020. The Parking Authority has NOT shut off their pay stations or posted free parking signs, nor have they covered the signs with a trash bag! People are still paying for fear of an expensive ticket. Where are the morals of this agency and why are they allowed to continue to pillage our neighborhood? I feel we need an accounting of all Wall Street area fees and have that money donated to a local charity.
