Woman Killed in Norwalk Route 7 Crash
One of the vehicles was found down an embankment, on the banks of the Norwalk River Tuesday afternoon.

A Darien woman was killed in a multi-vehicle crash that sent one car down an embankment to the edge of the Norwalk River along Route 7 in Norwalk on Tuesday afternoon. The crash closed the highway for several hours.
Seima Sector, 85, of Darien, was fatally injured in the 3:15 p.m. crash, according to WTIC.

According to WFSB, there were two people in a Honda Pilot that was found about 60 feet from the highway. Police told the station that the SUV landed front-end down with the rear wedged against a tree at the edge of the Norwalk River.
Sector was inside the Honda Pilot, according to WTIC. She died at Norwalk Hospital. A second person suffering life-threatening injuries, also was taken to Norwalk Hospital, according to the reports.
