2 Charged in Norwich Strangulation Case: Report
The incident led to the amputation of both the victim's legs.

NORWICH, CT - Police have charged two people in connection with an October strangulation case, The Day reported.
Police said they charged Kristopher J. Prudhomme, 28, with first-degree assault and strangulation among other charges, according to The Day. Lauren E. Muskus, 21, of Monroe was also charged with tampering with physical evidence.
The incident resulted in the 35-year old victim being sent to the hospital and led to the amputation of both his legs, The Day reported. Prudhomme turned himself into police on Thursday, while Muskus turned herself in on Friday.
