Pedestrian Fatally Struck On I-395, ID Released: State Police

The circumstances surrounding this collision are still being investigated.

NORWICH, CT — A Norwich man was killed after a car struck him, state police said.

At 2:46 a.m. Sunday, a car-versus-pedestrian collision occurred on Interstate 395 North, between the Exit 11 off- and on-ramps, in Norwich, state police said.

The pedestrian, identified as Dylan Chace Stamour, 22, was standing within the travel lane, state police said. The circumstances surrounding this collision are still being investigated.
