The victim stated the suspect had agreed to meet via Facebook Marketplace at Dairy Queen in Taftville to sell the suspect two Rolex Moissanite watches, police said.

During the transaction the victim stated the suspect had one of the watches and motioned in his backpack to look for his wallet and kept grabbing onto what the victim saw as a black "buttstock" of a rifle, police said. The victim attempted to grab the watch back, but the suspect fled onto the train tracks, police said.

The photo of the suspect was sent to officers. A permitter was established, and a K-9 responded from Troop E State Police. During the K-9 track, an officer on the perimeter saw a person who matched the photo of the suspect, and the person was detained, police said.

The person was arrested, and a buttstock of an AR rifle was seized, which was in his possession, police said. It is not believed the suspect had a rifle, just the buttstock of one, police said.

Calvin Leacock Jr., 19, of Norwich Avenue, is charged with first-degree robbery, and fifth-degree larceny and was given a $50,000 bond.
