Ten Norwich homes are holding open houses Saturday, Nov. 7, and Sunday, Nov. 8, with prices from $249,900 to $485,000, according to Zillow.com.
Saturday, Nov. 7
16 Will Road, 10 to 11:30 a.m., $285,900. This three-bedroom, one-bath ranch sits on a dead-end road in the East Great Plains area on 0.43 acres, with single-level living and a garage. It has 1,434 square feet.
141 McKinley Avenue, 10:30 a.m. to noon, $400,000. This three-family house with six bedrooms and three baths has separate utilities for each unit, and the listing says the second-floor unit is recently renovated and vacant while the other two are leased. Zillow dates it to 1933 and lists 3,262 square feet.

It sits on a quiet dead-end street with a one-car garage. It has 1,939 square feet on 0.6 acres.

27 Sunnyside East Road #27, 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., $249,900. This three-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse is the last end unit at Sunnyside East in the Yantic neighborhood, with hardwood floors, its own patio and central air. It has 1,287 square feet and a $300 monthly HOA fee, per Zillow.
