He stands accused of robbing a restaurant on Oct. 19.

NORWICH, CT — A 35-year-old Baltic man has been arrested in connection with the Oct. 19 armed robbery of Mr. Pan's restaurant on Old Canterbury Turnpike in Norwich, authorities announced.

Matthew K. Dubicki, of Main Street, was apprehended on a warrant by Norwich police detectives on Monday, and he charged with first-degree robbery and second-degree larceny, wrote police in a post on the department's Facebook page. The circumstances surrounding the arrest were not disclosed.

Dubicki is accused of pointing a handgun at a clerk at the restaurant on the night of the 19th, and grabbing cash from the register before fleeing in a dark-colored pickup truck. Soon after the incident, Norwich police released surveillance photos of the suspect, which may have helped with Dubicki's capture.
