Brightview on New Canaan, a popular senior living community in Norwalk, is honoring people living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia on Wednesday, September 21 from 5:30pm - 7:30pm.
Intended to coincide with National Alzheimer’s Day, the Luminaria ceremony will include speakers and a special tribute to people living with the disease and other forms of dementia.
“During the event, we’ll light the luminaria bags,” explains Vibrant Living Director Patty Pasquarella. “Each bag will be personalized with a name and story of an individual whom family or friends want to honor or remember.”
