The two-year program is designed to increase the knowledge of students in their own specialties and at the same time introduce them to a wide range of banking topics. “Chelsea Groton believes in encouraging employees to continually learn. We’ve found that employees who are well-trained and knowledgeable feel more confident in their roles, and are able to provide a better experience to customers,” Assistant Vice President and Training Manager Denise Stapienski said in a release. “The CSFM program has proved to be a comprehensive and beneficial learning experience for all who have completed it. We are very proud of Giusy, Penni and Jen for their accomplishments.”
