CITY OF NORWICH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING   The City Council of the City of Norwich will meet in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 100 Broadway, Norwich, Connecticut on September 7, 2021, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the following proposed ordinance:   AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PORTIONS OF ARTICLE VI OF CHAPTER 7 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES MODIFYING PENSION FUNDING POLICIES AND ESTABLISHING A GENERAL OBLIGATION PENSION BONDS RESERVE FUND   Copies of the said ordinance are on file open to public inspection at the office of the City and Town Clerk.                          Dated at Norwich, Connecticut this 17th day of August 2021.   Betsy M.
