Decision Reached On Charter Revision In Norwich: Report
If created, the commission would look at a host of issues.

NORWICH, CT — Norwich will not establish a new Charter Revision Commission in the near future, following a decision reached by the City Council Monday, reports The Day.
If it had been created, the commission would have looked at the possibility of term limits for council members, whether to create a fire commission, and other matters.
Establishing a Charter Revision Commission was supported by Norwich Mayor Peter Nystrom, and received a 4-3 affirmative vote Monday. But for it to pass required a 5-2 vote.
