Driver On Drugs Struck School Bus: Norwich PD
A man is under arrest after police said he was driving under the influence of drugs and struck an occupied school bus.

NORWICH, CT — A man is under arrest after his car struck a school bus while he was under the influence of drugs, according to police. Mark Ingves, 40, of 115 Massachusetts Road, Oakdale, was charged with failure to drive right, operating under the influence of drugs, and operating under suspension. He was held on $15,000 bond.
Police said they responded to a call reporting an accident at North Main Street and Burnham Square. Ingves' car struck a First Student Bus occupied by students, according to police.
Officers on the scene suspected Ingves was operating under the influence of drugs and contacted a drug recognition expert.
