Firefighter Injured Battling Blaze In Norwich: Report
A firefighter suffered minor injuries when crews responded to a fire at a three-story structure Saturday night.
NORWICH, CT — A firefighter suffered minor injuries battling a blaze in Norwich on Saturday night, WTNH News-8 reported. Crews arrived at the fire on Cliff Street at the rear of a three-story building at 8:43 p.m.
The building was a two-family home, but some space was vacant at the time of the fire, WTNH News-8 reported.
The building had significant damage to the roof but was deemed secure in a structural integrity evaluation.
