The Southeastern Connecticut chapter of SCORE, Mentors to America’s Small Businesses, offers a free webinar on “Getting Your Non-Profit Organization Organized,” with business adviser Tom Gezo and leadership coach Richard Hews.
Most non-profits start as a group of like-minded, caring people who want to make a difference. Building momentum and growing the organization is a journey with many twists and turns. Whether you are just starting out or are well into your journey, this webinar (intended for 501c3 organizations) will provide basic information on nonprofit operations as well as ideas and insight on leadership and accountability practices. We will also discuss your challenges in the current environment and provide you with an opportunity to share your experiences.

Workshop presenter Tom Gezo of TGBC Business Consulting is a business adviser and project management professional specializing in putting strategy into action. He is a Certified PMI Project Management Professional as well as a Stanford Certified Project Manager. Tom’s practice focuses on nonprofit strategic planning and board development. Workshop presenter Richard Hews of Pathways of Growth is an organizational leadership and change coach whose passion is helping leaders deliver their vision and goals in ways that sustain, grow and develop the organizations they lead. His work is born out of over 30 years of executive leadership and management experience in the United Kingdom and the United States.
