The family is asking for help; find out what you can do.

The family of a pregnant woman who was killed is looking to raise the money needed to pay for funeral services.

Margarette Mady was fatally stabbed by her husband before he lit their apartment on fire and later turned himself in, according to NBC Connecticut. He told police he believed Mady had been casting voodoo spells on him over the years.

In order to pay for a proper burial, her cousin, Frantzy Noze, has set up a GoFundMe page to help Mady's son give her what she deserves.

“Margarette Mady passed away on June 2, 2016,” the page said. “She and her unborn baby girl were taken away from family, friends, and loved ones way too soon.”

The page claims 100 percent of the money raised will go toward funeral services, with a goal of $7 thousand set. As of Monday morning, they have raised $710.
