Troopers from Troop E are investigating a motor vehicle accident that has resulted in the closure of Interstate 395 southbound in Norwich between exits 13 and 11, exit 36 off RT 2 eastbound is also closed.

This closure may be for an extended period of time. Please avoid the area if possible and seek alternate routes of travel.
