Man Charged with Evading Responsibility in Norwich Crash: Police
Police said the crash was a head-on collision and two people were transported to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
NEW LONDON, CT - A New London man has been charged with evading responsibility following a recent crash in Norwich, the New London Day reported.
Randell P. Sowa, 52, was charged in a head-on collision that occurred on Central Avenue, the New London Day reported. Police said the incident occurred Sunday around 10:20 p.m.
Officers said Sowa was charged with evading responsibility with serious injury and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, according to the New London Day. Police said the crash was a head-on collision and two people were transported to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
