Man Sentenced To Prison In Norwich Slashing: Report
A man who pleaded guilty to a knife assault in 2020 has been sentenced.
NORWICH, CT — A man was sentenced to seven years in prison after pleading guilty to charges that he slashed a man's face in 2020, according to The Norwich Bulleting. Daron Henry, 28, of Preston, pleaded guilty to first-degree assault in connection with the attack on a victim in a downtown Norwich restaurant.
Henry has been in prison since he was arrested in March 2020.
Henry slashed the victim so severely that more than 20 stitches were required to close the wound.
