Man Shot, Killed In Norwich; Police Search For Person Of Interest

NORWICH, CT — Police are searching for a person of interest after a man was shot and killed Wednesday afternoon. Police responded at 1:40 p.m. on a report of a person being shot at 14 Sandy Lane.

Police arrived and found a victim who had suffered a gunshot wound to the chest. The victim was transported to William Backus Hospital.

Camaury Jabezz Norman-Clack, 19, of Norwich, was pronounced dead at 3:41 p.m.

Police are investigating the crime as a homicide and believe it was a targeted attack against the victim.

Police are searching for a person of interest in the case: Stancovitch Fabre, 19, of Norwich. He may be driving an older model two-door red Ford Mustang with grey "Bondo" in various places.
