New Moe’s Southwest Grill Planned to Open in Norwich

The new building will house both the restaurant and have room for a storefront.

NORWICH, CT – A Moe’s Southwest Grill is planned to be added to the front right corner of the parking lot at the Norman Road intersection, The Day reported.

The addition is planned by the owners of the Marcus Plazaon West Main Street, according to The Day. Plans have been submitted to the city for a building that will house the restaurant and a Verizon store.

The site was given approval for the restaurant in 2010,previously planned to house a Five Guys burger restaurant, and is hoped to open in early to mid-2017 after all permits are acquired The Day reported. The new plans have shrunk the size of the building to fit the needs of Moe’s and includes a storefront.
