Norwich Man Charged in Sexual Incident at House Party

NORWICH, CT - Police said a Norwich man has been charged in a sexual incident related to a house party last year, The Day reported.

Brian J. Nolan is accused of sexually touching a woman while she was passed out from drinking too much whisky, according to The Day. Police said the incident occurred at a Taftville house party in November.

Nolan reached down the passed out woman’s pants after the two had taken shots in a bedroom, The Day reported. He later apologized and admitted what he had done to police at the advice of a female friend.
