Norwich Resident Arrested for 2 Grams of Cocaine, More than 50 Prescription Pills

Police said officers located and seized cocaine, prescription pills and drug paraphernalia.

NEW LONDON, CT – Police said they arrested two people Monday at approx. 9:15 a.m. on cocaine and other drug-related charges.

New London Police said on Facebook that department narcotics officers and detectives executed a search and seizure warrant at a Laurel Drive residence.

Police said officers located and seized 2.4 grams of cocaine, 55 prescription pills and drug paraphernalia.

The following individuals were arrested and charged as follows, according to police:

Tiffany Yard, 34, of New London

Stacy Mayo, 41, of Norwich

Both were released on a $75,000 non-surety bond. Police ask anyone with information to contact them immediately.
