Norwich Summer School Session Cancelled
A second session of summer school was cancelled due to uncertainty over state finances.

NORWICH, CT — Norwich cancelled a second session of summer school that was supposed to begin July 17 due to uncertainty about state finances.
It would be too late to restore the session because a budget vote is scheduled for July 18, according to the Norwich Bulletin.
The state usually sends $60,000 to run the program, which has around 120 students enrolled.
