Norwich Woman Arrested On Narcotics Charges: Police

Two other suspects also were arrested in connection with the case.

NORWICH, CT — A 49-year-old Norwich woman was arrested on a host of narcotics charges this week in connection with an ongoing illegal drug investigation at a home on East Main Street, according to Norwich police.

Members of the Norwich and Connecticut State Police departments arrested Kelly Vais, who lives at the East Main Street address, and charged her with:

  • Sale of Fentanyl
  • Possession of Narcotics
  • Possession of Narcotics With intent to sell
  • Possession of Crack Cocaine
  • Possession of Crack Cocaine With intent to sell
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia

In addition to Vais, also arrested were Norwich residents Anderson Cruz, of Johnson Place, who was charged with possession of narcotics, and Ginger Herman, of Stonington Road, on a charge of possession of Fentanyl.
