Norwich Woman Stabs Sister’s Boyfriend Over Rap Lyrics: Police

Police said the injuries of the victim were considered life-threatening.

NORWICH, CT - A Norwich woman was arraigned Tuesday for a New Year’s Eve stabbing over rap lyrics, The Day reported.

Carolina A. Fragoza, 35, is charged with stabbing her sister’s boyfriend in the chest because she did not like the lyrics to a rap song he was singing, according to The Day. Police said the injuries of the victim, 33-year old Alreno Sebastian, were considered life-threatening.

Police found Sebastian on the kitchen floor of an upstairs apartment, The Day reported. Fragoza was ordered held in lieu of $175,000 bond, and the case was continued to Jan. 13.
