Pedestrian In Critical Condition Following Norwich Hit-And-Run Crash
A man is in critical condition after a driver struck him and drove off Tuesday evening, according to police.

NORWICH, CT — A man is in critical condition following a hit-and-run crash in Norwich on Tuesday, according to police.
The 66-year-old pedestrian was struck at 5:25 p.m. in the 600 block of East Main St. He suffered injuries to his head and torso. He was taken to Backus Hospital and remains in critical condition.
The car that hit the man drove away before police arrived, police said.
