Popular Norwich Restaurant Under New Ownership

NORWICH, CT — The owners of a Norwich restaurant are planning to retire and have sold the establishment, according to The New London Day. The Fat Cat Grill & Bar at 381 W. Main St. opened in 2011 and is the descendant of the former Olympic Pizza across the street, owned by the Nousiopoulos family since 1968.

Stephan and Debra Nousiopoulos, both 65, were looking to retire from the restaurant business last year and came to an agreement to sell the restaurant to Ravi Singh. Singh plans to keep the restaurant mostly as is.
