WWE(R) Superstars join Make-A-Wish(R) Connecticut 30th Anniversary Evening of Wishes Gala

Make-A-Wish® Connecticut will celebrate its 30th Anniversary of making wishes come true at the annual Evening of Wishes Gala on Saturday April 30th, in the Uncas Ballroom at Mohegan Sun Casinos. The mission of Make-A-Wish is to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. The Connecticut chapter has granted over 2,600 wishes since its inception in 1986.

The evening will feature music, dinner, dancing and exciting live and silent auction items to bid on.

As a presenting sponsor, WWE will join in the celebration, including special a special appearance by WWE Superstars The Big Show, Natalya and Eva Marie. VIP attendees and sponsors will have the opportunity to meet the WWE celebrity guests, and will experience the granting of a wish for a young boy named Carter, whose wish is to meet WWE Superstars.

The anniversary celebration will also feature over 20 Wish Kids from the past 30 years who have experienced the hope, strength and joy that a wish-come-true can create for a child in need. Inspirational stories, musical performances, and celebratory moments will make the 2016 Evening of Wishes Gala an event that is not to be missed.
