10-Building Housing Project Pitched In Orange: Report
The project is likely to include some affordable housing too, according to a report.

ORANGE — A developer is seeking to construct 10 buildings containing 60 bedrooms on 22 acres of land near Turkey Hill Road and Route 15, off Grassy Hill Road, the New Haven Register reports.
The application currently doesn't include an affordable housing component, but the New Haven Register reports that it's likely in the end to include some affordable housing.
Initial plans were reviewed by the Inland Wetlands Commission this week. No formal plans have yet been filed.
