2 Adult Store Employees Charged After Argument Turns Physical: Orange Police

Police said the manager was attempting to go over an employee's work performance when things escalated.

ORANGE, CT — A work place disagreement at the VIP store in Orange between two employes turned physical resulting in both women being arrested, police said.

Officers responded to the VIP store for a reported disturbance involving store employees on Dec. 28, police said. Officers learned that the manager of the store, Holly Saunders, 34, of New Haven, had attempted to counsel employee Jacqueline Ferraro, 26, of Branford, regarding her work performance, police said.

A loud argument ensued, which later turned physical when Saunders struck Ferraro in the head, police said.

Other store employees intervened and separated the two, police said. Both were subsequently taken into custody and charged with second-degree breach of peace. Saunders is also charged with third-degree assault.

They were both given court dates of Jan. 11.
