4 Arrested For Trying To Pass Counterfeit Money: Orange Police
Police say all four are being held in lieu of a $50,000 bond. Police said they responded to a local business on Thursday.

ORANGE, CT — Four Brooklyn, New York residents were arrested Thursday evening and are accused of using counterfeit money to try and make purchases at Best Buy, 53 Boston Post Road, Orange Police said Friday.
At 5:10 p.m., officers responded to a report of four individuals attempting to make purchases at Best Buy using counterfeit currency, police said. The individuals fled in a vehicle that was waiting outside of the store, police said.
A motor vehicle stop was performed on the Boston Post Road. Counterfeit currency and materials were located in various parts of the vehicle, police said.

Arrested are: Kedesha L. James, 20, Alston Phillips, 24, Andre M. Phillips-Mundo, 36, and Woldyne Pierre, 18. They were each charged with first-degree forgery and sixth-degree larceny. Kedesha James is also charged with interfering with an officer.
They are all being held in lieu of a $50,000 bond.
