AG Investigation Leads to Orange Man's Arrest: Police

The accused was charged on a warrant.

ORANGE, CT — The Orange Police Department served a warrant on a local resident after an investigation was initiated by the State Attorney General's office police said.

On March 26, James Hawkins, 57, of Orange was taken into custody, police said. The warrant stemmed from an investigation by the Attorney General for the State of Connecticut, police said.

He is charged with operating without a contractor's license. No other details were released.
